Next Level Yoga presents Interval Yoga
This class is designed to be a perfect balance of flow and slow stretching. Extra attention is given to body awareness and balancing front/back and inner/outer body strength. It’s a nice, quick workout, at the same time offers plenty of stretching to help avoid that post workout fatigue. For those of you who take my live classes, this was the featured class this June.
